Thanks for trying Stillra. This is a small app built by one person, for people living with diabetes. Read the terms — they're short and written so a human can understand them.
Stillra is a wellness app that reads your CGM data (from Dexcom or FreeStyle Libre) and translates it into a human, calm voice named Frida. You get morning and evening briefs, reminders ahead of doctor's visits, and can chat with Frida about your patterns.
Stillra is not a medical device. Stillra does not diagnose, prescribe, or substitute for your care provider, your prescriptions, or your CGM's own alarms. Always keep your CGM app active and make your medical decisions in dialogue with your doctor.
You must be at least 18 years old and have your own active Dexcom Share or LibreLinkUp account. Stillra is built for adults living with type 1 diabetes, but is not limited to that.
You may use Stillra for personal use — to better understand your own body. You may save notes, print or show them to your doctor, and export your data at any time.
Frida's voice and tone are designed to be empathetic and human, but the text is generated by a large language model (Anthropic Claude). Frida can miss things, generalize, or phrase things in ways that don't fit your situation. You always have the final word — Stillra's tone guidelines (see the app) explicitly say that you may ignore, disagree with, or disregard any suggestion from Frida.
How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy. In short: your glucose readings and credentials are encrypted and stored in the EU, they are never sold, and you can export or delete everything whenever you want.
We try to keep the service available around the clock but cannot guarantee it. Planned maintenance is announced when possible. Outages in external services (Dexcom, Abbott, Anthropic, Supabase, Railway, Expo) can affect Stillra — we do not own these services.
During closed beta, Stillra is free for invited testers. When payment is introduced, you will be notified in good time and can choose to continue or cancel. No retroactive charges will occur.
Stillra is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for:
Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be limited under Swedish law (e.g., gross negligence or intent).
You may stop using Stillra at any time and delete your account in the app under "More → Delete account". Deletion is immediate and irreversible. We may terminate the agreement against you in the event of material breach of these terms.
If we change the terms materially, we will notify you by email in good time before the change takes effect. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms. If you do not accept, you may terminate your account.
Swedish law applies. Disputes are resolved primarily through dialogue — email stillra@proton.me. Secondarily, disputes are decided by a Swedish general court, with Stockholms tingsrätt as the first instance. Consumers always have the right to turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
